Co-founder at OAIZ, building an AI native startup that handles work autonomously through automation. We're figuring out how to make AI agents that actually work in the real world. Lots of interesting problems around reliability, agent orchestration, and building products people trust.

I write about what we're building and learning along the way. Building in public keeps me honest and helps me think through hard problems. Plus, it turns out sharing the journey is more fun than keeping it to myself.

Dad to Holly and Vide. The days are long but the years are short, as they say. Lots of lego building, playground adventures, and answering "why" questions about everything (turns out it's not that different from leading engineering teams).

We explore by foot, bikes, and paddle boards. Whatever gets us moving. Trail runs with the stroller, campfire dinners, local gems and big adventures. I work out to stay strong enough to carry the kids and gear while keeping up with their energy. Moving together is the point.
